To use certain features of the Service, you must create an account. When you create an account, you must provide information that is accurate, complete, and kept up to date at all times. Failure to do so constitutes a breach of these Terms, which may result in immediate suspension or termination of your account.
You are responsible for safeguarding the credentials you use to access the Service and for any activities or actions under your account, whether those activities are authorized by you or not. You agree not to disclose your password to any third party and you must notify us immediately upon becoming aware of any breach of security or unauthorized use of your account.
You are strictly limited to creating and using only one account. Multiple accounts created by the same individual, household, device, or IP address are prohibited. We reserve the right to disable, merge, or terminate any accounts suspected of being duplicate or abusive accounts. Any associated balances or rewards may be adjusted, consolidated, or forfeited at our sole discretion.
The Service allows you to earn internal credits (the "Credits") by interacting with faucets, paid-to-click (PTC) offers, shortlinks, and other earning mechanisms that we may make available from time to time.
Credits do not represent fiat money, bank deposits, or any form of regulated financial instrument. Credits are a unit of account internal to the Service and may be subject to limits, conditions, and changes at any time.
Subject to these Terms, eligible Credits may be withdrawn or redeemed via supported payout methods such as Bitcoin Lightning Network or FaucetPay (the "Payout Methods"). The availability of specific Payout Methods may vary and is not guaranteed.
We may change, limit, suspend, or discontinue earning mechanisms, reward rates, conversion rates, or Payout Methods at any time without prior notice. You understand and agree that the value, usability, or availability of Credits and rewards can change over time.
Our goal is to keep the project sustainable. Abuse, fraud, and exploitation of the system are strictly prohibited. We actively monitor the Service and user behavior to detect and mitigate fraudulent or abusive activity that could put the Service at risk or cause ongoing losses.

We use security and anti‑bot systems, including but not limited to Cloudflare Turnstile (or similar captcha mechanisms) in managed mode, internal checks and logging to detect unnatural behavior patterns, and a maturing system for Credits where newly earned points only become withdrawable after a defined period, enforced by database logic and a scheduled job that runs daily.
If we suspect that your account or activity is related to fraud, abuse, or violation of these Terms, we may, at our sole discretion and without prior notice, suspend or terminate your account, place temporary or permanent holds on your balance, cancel or reverse Credits and withdrawals, disable access from specific IP addresses or devices, and, where appropriate, report suspicious behavior to relevant third parties or authorities.
You may request withdrawals of eligible Credits through available Payout Methods as described in the Service interface. Minimum withdrawal thresholds, fees, supported networks, and processing times may change at any time.
Once a withdrawal is processed on our side and sent to the destination you provided (e.g., a Bitcoin Lightning invoice or a FaucetPay account), the transaction is considered final. We are not responsible for network delays or congestion, incorrect or invalid payout information provided by you, or any loss, confiscation, or restriction of funds by third parties.
Some withdrawals may require manual review or approval. We reserve the right to delay or reject any withdrawal request if we suspect fraud or abuse, if your Credits have not yet matured, or if required information or verification is missing.
The system that matures points (for example, making them withdrawable only after 30 days) is part of our anti‑fraud and sustainability measures. By using the Service, you agree to this mechanism and understand that some or all of your Credits may be temporarily non‑withdrawable.
You agree not to use the Service for any unlawful or prohibited purpose, including, without limitation:
The Service may display advertisements, offers, or content provided by third parties. Advertisements and offers are presented "as is" and we do not guarantee their accuracy, safety, or compliance. Completing third‑party offers is at your own risk, and any disputes related to offer completion or rewards may need to be handled with the third party.
The Service may contain links to third‑party websites or services that are not owned or controlled by us. We have no control over and assume no responsibility for the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third‑party websites or services.
The Service and its original content, features, and functionality (excluding content provided by users or third parties) are and will remain the exclusive property of tapnloot or its licensors. You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or lease any part of the Service, nor may you reverse engineer or attempt to extract the source code, except as permitted by law or with our explicit written permission.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, in no event shall we, our affiliates, directors, employees, partners, or suppliers be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation loss of profits, data, use, or goodwill, arising out of or in connection with your use of or inability to use the Service.
Your use of the Service is at your sole risk. The Service is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. We make no warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non‑infringement. We do not guarantee any minimum or specific amount of earnings, rewards, or successful withdrawals.
We may terminate or suspend your account and access to the Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, if you breach these Terms or if we suspect fraudulent or abusive behavior. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will cease, and we may, at our sole discretion, determine how to handle any remaining Credits or balances, including forfeiture where termination is linked to fraud or serious violations.
These Terms and any dispute arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws that apply in your jurisdiction to online services, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Where local laws do not apply or are not mandatory, you agree that the laws of a competent jurisdiction chosen by us may apply.
We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will make reasonable efforts to provide notice, for example by updating the "Last updated" date at the top of this page or by posting a notice within the Service.
By continuing to access or use the Service after those revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the new Terms, you must stop using the Service.
